Wendy Hamilton-Share
Executive Director
As co-founder of Share Lawyers, Wendy oversees the marketing, financial and human resources for the firm. Wendy has a strong business and design background that has been instrumental in forming the core values of Share Lawyers. She oversaw the design and renovation of the company’s premises, and directs all aspects of the firm’s website, marketing, technology and staffing requirements. In addition, she supervises all initial contact made by prospective clients seeking legal representation, ensuring that client service gets a strong start from the very first encounter that individuals have with Share Lawyers about their claims. |

Trish Aguiar
Legal Assistant
Trish Aguiar joined Share Lawyers in 2008. She is presently enrolled at Humber College in its Legal Assistant program. At Share Lawyers, Trish’s role includes requesting information from clients and third parties, preparing legal documents, responding to client enquiries and finalizing the documentation required for mediation and settlement briefs. |

Shirley Blanco
Legal Assistant
Shirley Blanco has been a member of the Share Lawyers team since 2006. Shirley completed the Medical and Dental Office Assistant program, and is presently enrolled in training at the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario to become a Law Clerk. Shirley’s role at Share Lawyers includes answering undertakings given at the examinations for discovery of our clients. She is also involved in obtaining background documentation for the purposes of discoveries, settlement meetings and mediations, and assisting in brief preparation. |

Christine Chang
Law Clerk
Christine Chang is a Law Clerk at Share Lawyers, having graduated from Seneca College as a Law Clerk in 2004. She has been with Share Lawyers since 2003. On the Share Lawyers team, Christine is involved in scheduling litigation matters, including mediations, discoveries and motions. Christine is also involved in drafting pleadings, affidavits and other court documents, and in overseeing the administrative tasks associated with our clients’ settlements. |

Joy Nastaskin
Bookkeeper
Joy Nastaskin is the Share Lawyers’ bookkeeper. Joy graduated from Seneca College in Computer Programming and has pursued continuing education in Legal Bookkeeping. Joy is also involved in the preparation of Affidavits of Documents and in overseeing the distribution of mediation and settlement briefs. Joy has been a member of the Share Lawyers team since 2007. |

Emily Rimes
Legal Assistant
Emily Rimes has worked at Share Lawyers since 2007, following her final year of the Durham College Legal Administration Program and a field placement at Share Lawyers. Emily is also certified in Dispute Resolution from Durham College. Emily’s roles at Share Lawyers include scheduling examinations for discovery, overseeing the service and filing of court documents, opening new files and speaking to potential clients. |

Tarun Singh
Law Clerk
Tarun Singh obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), and then his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), from the Punjab University in India. He has since received his Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) from Queen’s University in Ontario. In 2009, Tarun joined Share Lawyers, where he is involved in the preparation of mediation and settlement memorandum. Tarun also conducts legal research. |

Grace Soares
Senior Reception
Since 2006, and as one of the receptionists at Share Lawyers, Grace Soares has welcomed clients to the office and directed their telephone enquiries. Grace is also responsible for several administrative duties, such as the scanning of documents to the firm’s paperless computer system and directing mail to the appropriate client files. |

Carol Tam
Law Clerk & Registered Nurse
Carol Tam brings to Share Lawyers her skills and training as both a Registered Nurse and a Law Clerk. Carol obtained a nursing diploma in Hong Kong in 1985 and became registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in 1991. In 1995, Carol graduated as a Law Clerk from Seneca College. As a member of the team at Share Lawyers, Carol is involved in requesting, reviewing and summarizing medical information and documentation on behalf of our clients. Carol has worked at Share Lawyers since 2004. |

Volker Triebe
Senior Law Clerk
Volker Triebe is a Senior Law Clerk at Share Lawyers, having joined the firm in 1998. Volker obtained a Para-Legal Diploma (with Honours) in 1999. He has since taken several college and university level courses in philosophy, art and photography. As a member of the Share Lawyers team, Volker is involved in all aspects of document drafting and preparation, client enquiries, scheduling court dates, as well as document production reviews and requests. |

Elsa Voyazis
Reception
As one of the receptionists at Share Lawyers, Elsa Voyazis welcomes clients to the office and answers the telephone. Elsa also has administrative duties that include document preparation and scanning documents into the firm’s computer system. Elsa has a Diploma as a Legal Administrative Assistant. She has been a member of the team at Share Lawyers since 2011. |
