Sharon and I would like to thank you and your team for helping us through this stressful ordeal. You all did a great job getting them to the table.

We'd like to see the laws tightened up relating to Insurance companies and how they deal with claims ( or maybe we should say, how they don't want to deal with claims). We were (are) still quite upset by the way we were treated by the other parties concerned. From one parties late payment to the other party leaving mediation early and expecting us to sign a life time insurance disability waiver after the deal was done, we feel we were treated badly! We have both lived in numerous large urban centers, and both of us prefer a gentler rural setting. I guess we just live by a different moral code than these jackals! Once again, Thanks!
