David, I just wanted to say that now I am not so shell-shocked, I truly do realize you got me a brilliant result at the pre-trial.
When we walked in there, the offer that the insurance company had on the table was deemed far too generous by the judge.  Yet you worked your magic and managed to allow me to walk out of there with a settlement which was about double that amount.     That really was a miracle; given the cards we were dealt.

I can’t say how much I appreciate that, and all your hard work and support.   I’m in awe that you pulled it off and will always be very grateful.
Facts & Figures - Acquired Brain Injury
The symptoms of acquired brain injuries vary a great deal, as the category of disease covers such a broad spectrum of disorders. Depending on the source of the brain injury and the area of the brain affected, patients may find their attention span diminished. It is also common for critical thinking skills to be impaired, as well as to experience emotional outbursts and difficulty communicating. Some people find themselves suffering from dizziness, headaches and a loss of taste or smell sensations.

Fact: While symptoms can be the same, traumatic and acquired brain injuries are categorized differently. Traumatic brain injuries are largely the result of accidents and outside forces damaging the brain. An acquired brain injury can result from an infection, stroke, tumor or any other non-traumatic event.

Fact: People with acquired brain injuries can experience numerous symptoms and still maintain their intellectual capacity. Many people learn to adapt and can still live independent lives.

Testimonials

Professional, understanding and compassionate which makes you feel comfortable about what they’re doing.
The staff were very friendly and after being called, response back was quick. I was very satisfied in the end.
From the first phone call to DSA, I knew I had made the right decision. I went immediately from an extremely stressful situation as I tried to fight my own case against the insurance company to one of support, information, action, and compassion. Communication was key. Wendy initially took on that role, spending 45 minutes on the phone with me in immediate response to my email via the DSA website. She patiently, kindly, and thoroughly answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. There was no pressure to sign on, just support.
It has been quite a lengthy case, one is now settled and the last one is still pending. When I was fired by my employer due to my disability, Share Lawyers actually referred me to an employment lawyer to see about recouping damages.
