Joshua Chalhoub
Hello David. Well it's been about a year and a half since you took my case and the mediation was scheduled for last Tuesday and Steven Muller, your associate, was there to represent me.
Let me just say that the way in which he handled the mediation was superb. It was truly apparent that he was in my corner fighting for my rights. He kept me informed during the entire process and made me extremely comfortable. Always making sure I was okay and answered all my questions - and I had many.
Steven was a brilliant negotiator and managed to settle the case. I am extremely fortunate to have found your firm to represent me. I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job that Steven and your firm had done for me.
Please pass my appreciation and gratitude on to Steven and thank you for taking my case, David.
Facts & Figures - Diabetes
Diabetes mellitus is a series of conditions in which the body misuses blood sugar, or glucose. A diabetic person has too much sugar in their blood and cannot produce enough of the pancreatic hormone insulin to regulate their glucose levels.
Symptoms include excessive thirst (polydipsia) leading to overproduction of urine (polyuria), hunger and weight loss, fatigue, blurry vision, slowed healing and frequent infection. More serious consequences include kidney and heart disease.
There are two forms of chronic diabetes: type 1 and type 2. Type 1 is the most serious, but thankfully has the lowest rate of diagnosis: approximately 5-10% of diagnoses are type 1. Type 2 is the most common form, and is usually developed through poor lifestyle habits.
Fact: An obese, sedentary person with high blood pressure, high levels of triglycerides, and low levels of “good” cholesterol is most likely to become diabetic.
Fact: A person with type 1 diabetes will require life-long insulin replacement therapy.

My husband Mike and I would like to thank you so much for helping us move on with our lives.
I would like to THANK YOU ALL for your professionalism and hard work ... and last but not least, a successful outcome with respect to my legal matter.
