Mary & Andy Riddell
Before we met with David Share we felt there was no hope. Canada Life denied my husband disability insurance on our mortgage. He had been diagnosed with Brain Cancer well after we had done a questionnaire for renewing our mortgage. We know he had no medical concerns at the time of signing but they said we lied. With a little searching on the Internet we found Share Lawyers. My husband had already been out of work for some time and money was getting tight. With David Share, they required no upfront fees and would only take a case if they believed they would win it. So we thought this is the only chance we've got, that is when we contacted the law firm and explained our situation hoping they could help us. It wasn't long after that the firm had called and wanted to meet. We were so happy that someone believed in us and told us we had a chance. Finally some weight was lifted off our shoulders. Since that day everything went smoothly. We were kept informed on what was going on ad what we needed to do. Our case was settled in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the outcome. This was a very difficult time for us seeing that my husband is very ill, and to see that Share Lawyers were so proficient, compassionate and responsive from the beginning meant the world to me. We could not thank Share Lawyers enough for what they have done for us.
The staff at Share Lawyers is top notch. The case manager, Shira Bernholtz always kept in contact, letting us know what was going on and what to expect. Very pleased with the quick response to all the telephone calls we made.
We are very pleased with the outcome, seeing that we did not think we had a chance going up against an insurance company. David Share proved us wrong and got us what we deserved. This is our first time using a lawyer and would recommend this law firm to anyone. We stand behind them 100%. There is nothing to improve. Impeccable law firm. Very helpful and understanding.
Facts & Figures - Chronic Pain
Chronic pain refers to pain that endures for longer than one to two weeks and does not improve over time. In some patients, the pain may occur on a daily basis or have periods of respite after which the pain returns. The pain may be found in specific, recurring regions of the body, especially the back and head, or may occur in multiple areas at once, as is true with conditions like fibromyalgia.
This recurring pain hinders the patient's abilities to perform minor daily tasks and enjoy life to its fullest. Psychological side effects include depression, anxiety, and insomnia, as well as others. The condition can also lead to abuse of narcotic painkillers, especially since most chronic pain is not eliminated by traditional medication.
Fact: An estimated 6 million Canadian’s suffer some form of chronic pain.
Fact: 63 percent of the younger Canadian sufferers said heir chronic pain meant they could not perform their everyday tasks at home, school and work.

Testimonials
I became aware of the office of Share Lawyers after reading an extremely well written and informative article entitled "Income Tax Consideration in Long Term Disability Cases" which ...
Our experience with DSA was excellent. We felt that we were very well treated and from the moment we left the offices of DSA we knew that we had found someone who believed us finally! As a result we felt that a gigantic load had been taken off our shoulders.
Thank you so very much Wendy for your support and wise telephone guidance last week. After 7+ years of dealing with the insurance companies relentless pressure regarding my low back condition and partial disability payment, it was eye opening and refreshing to speak to someone who understands what I’ve experienced thus far, and can advise going forward.
After a frustrating denial by Great West Life Insurance Company for a personal injury claim I contacted Share Lawyers and was pleased to find that they thought they could help me.
