He had been diagnosed with Brain Cancer well after we had done a questionnaire for renewing our mortgage. We know he had no medical concerns at the time of signing but they said we lied. With a little searching on the Internet we found David Share Associates. My husband had already been out of work for some time and money was getting tight. With David Share, they required no upfront fees and would only take a case if they believed they would win it. So we thought this is the only chance we've got, that is when we contacted the law firm and explained our situation hoping they could help us. It wasn't long after that the firm had called and wanted to meet. We were so happy that someone believed in us and told us we had a chance. Finally some weight was lifted off our shoulders. Since that day everything went smoothly. We were kept informed on what was going on ad what we needed to do. Our case was settled in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the outcome.
